- Appeals of family sponsorship decisions where one family member is sponsoring a relative to come to Canada.
- Application for permanent resident status on humanitarian and compassionate (H&C) grounds for permanent residence
- Refugee hearings
- Pre-Removal Risk Assessments (for existing clients)
- Hearings to determine whether a person should be deported on the basis that they are a risk here
- Civil Claims against paralegals acting in these areas (up to $25,000)
- We provide summary advice for people asking general immigration related questions
