Legal information is information that gives you a general idea about cases like yours.

Legal advice

Legal advice is when CLASP gives you specific information about your case, such as possible results and what we think your next steps should be.

Representation

CLASP will go with you to court or to a board or tribunal hearing. We will help you complete paper work, as well as prepare you and possible witnesses. CLASP will stand in the court or board/tribunal and act on your behalf, we will always follow your instructions.
