Antonio Di Domenico

BA (Hon)(York), LLB (Osgoode), of the Bar of Ontario

Mr. Di Domenico is an associate with Fasken Martineau LLP. He conducts a broad practice in all aspects of corporate commercial, civil and administrative litigation, with particular emphasis on class actions, the oppresion remedy, competition litigation, health law, white-collar crime, quasi-criminal litigation, product liability and employment matters. He has experience at both the trial and appellate level and before administrative tribunals. Mr. Di Domenico also has experience in assisting individuals and corporations in responding to regulatory investigations and in the use of advanced techniques in bringing disputes to early determination or settlement.

Mr. Di Domenico summered with Fasken Martineau LLP in 2004, during which he was seconded to the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, Constitutional Law Branch. He articled with the firm in 2005 and joined as an associate in 2006. Tony currently serves on the firm’s Law School Liaison and Associates’ Committees.

Mr. Di Domenico has served as an adjudicator on the Senate Appeals and Academic Standing Committees of York University and Osgoode Hall Law School. As a law student, he chaired Osgoode Hall Law School’s Student Caucus of Faculty Council, and served two terms as an elected member of York University’s Board of Governors.

Mr. Di Domenico is an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He also lectures and writes on a wide variety of topics, including dispute resolution, litigation and protecting confidential information.
