Robin Flumerfelt has been counsel with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General since 1997 where he has conducted criminal trials and appeals on behalf of the Crown. He is a former director of the Crown Homicide Course and has presented at educational programs for the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates Society, the Criminal Lawyers Association, Osgoode CPD, the Law Society of Ontario, and the National Judicial Institute, as well as Crown Attorneys’ Associations in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. He is co-author of “Qualifying and Challenging Expert Evidence” (Emond Publishing) and has taught Evidence at Osgoode Hall Law School since 2012.
