Faisal Bhabha has practised human rights and constitutional law, appearing at all levels of court on behalf of clients disadvantaged by disability, race, poverty and gender. He has spent time working in human rights advocacy globally in Israel/Palestine and South Africa. He has authored published articles on equality, multiculturalism, access to justice and national security policy. He is currently Vice-chair with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
