Joel Colon-Rios

BA (Puerto Rico), JD (Puerto Rico), LLM (Toronto), PhD (Osgoode), currently teaches Comparative Constitutionalism and Law and Social Change in Latin America and was also an Instructor in the Legal Research and Writing Program from 2005 to 2007. He has published in the areas of comparative constitutional law and legal theory. Before coming to Osgoode, Mr. Colón-Ríos clerked for the Puerto Rico Court of Appeal and had a private practice.
