Professor Giuseppina (Pina) D'Agostino brings a welcome complement to the growing number of scholars Osgoode has in the field of Intellectual Property, with a unique focus on privacy, technology and e-commerce.  In 2006-07, Professor D'Agostino brings her infectious enthusiasm to first-year students in Property Law and is also teaching an upper-year seminar.  A graduate of Osgoode who received her LLM and DPhil from Oxford while studying under Professor David Vaver, she worked as a senior policy analyst at the Department of Canadian Heritage in Ottawa prior to joining Osgoode in 2006.
