Bruce O'Toole is an Associate in the Litigation Group practising securities, competition and corporate/commercial litigation. Mr. O'Toole has been involved in a broad range of civil and regulatory litigation, including class actions, negligence claims against investment advisers and enforcement and disciplinary proceedings before the Ontario Securities Commission and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada.
