BA (PEI), LLB, LLM (UBC), PhD Candidate (Osgoode)

Fenner Stewart is a PhD candidate at Osgoode and the Director of Academic Programs at the Comparative Research in Law and Political Economy Network (CLPE) at Osgoode. In 2011, Mr. Stewart will be the Post-Doctoral Fellowship of the CIBC Centre For Risk Management and Corporate Governance and a visiting scholar at Columbia Law School. His research focuses on the comparative study of American and Canadian corporate law. He also researches multidisciplinary approaches to risk management and corporate governance. Mr. Stewart has taught at York University in the Law and Society program and the Environmental Science program as well as at Osgoode.
