Frank Luce

Dr. Luce is the coordinator of the Harriet Tubman Institute, York University, and a former labour lawyer. His research is in the area of contemporary forms of slavery in Brazil and Angola, and he has a diploma in Latin American studies from CERLAC. He has conducted academic research in Africa and Latin America and has professional experience in law and development with trade unions and NGOs.
