Ms Bryan practises in the areas of mental health, health, disability, human rights and social justice with Swadron Associates, Toronto. She appears regularly on behalf of patients before the Consent and Capacity Board and Ontario Review Board. She also appears before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and Health Services Appeal and Review Board, and has represented clients at various levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Ms Bryan graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School in 2003 and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2005 after completing articles and a judicial clerkship at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. She holds the Blakes, Cassels & Graydon prize in Constitutional Law.
