B.A.Sc. (Eng. Sci.) (Toronto), J.D. (Toronto), MBA (Toronto), of the Bar of Ontario, is a partner with Bereskin & Parr, and practices exclusively in the area of patents as a member of the firm's Software & High Technology Group.  He is a registered Canadian and United States Patent Agent, and a Fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada.  He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.  Kendrick is currently serving on the Canadian Patent Agent Examination Board.
