Kirsten Manley-Casimir

Ms Manley-Casimir is a full-time research lawyer with the Law Commission of Ontario, which makes recommendations to the provincial government on improving access to justice, clarifying law and ensuring the relevance of the law.  She is Co-Director of the Intensive Program in Aboriginal Lands, Resources and Governments for the coming year.  She is completing her doctoral research in Aboriginal law dealing with offshore oil and gas development in the traditional territorial waters of proximal First Nations.  Kirsten is also Co-editor of the Ontario Accident Benefit Case Summaries for CCH.
