Ricardo G. Federico, of the Bar of Ontario, practice restricted to criminal litigation and Charter advocacy. Mr. Federico has authored and co-authored scholarly articles for The Criminal Law Quarterly, Criminal Reports, and, is editor to Criminal Pleadings & Practice in Canada, Second Edition. He has co-Chaired the Annual Canadian Symposium on Forensic DNA Evidence, Osgoode Hall Law School, York University since 1998, and, is a frequent contributor to “The Innocence Project” - Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. Mr. Federico is co-author of Federico and Rondinelli’s DNA Netletter published by Lexis Nexis Canada.
