Susan Gratton

Susan is currently completing her SJD dissertation on the role of administrative law in structuring social policy. Before returning to graduate studies, Susan was a partner with McCarthy Tétrault LLP where she specialized in appeals from regulatory tribunals. She has appeared before the Ontario courts, the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Her research interests include administrative law and its relationship with public administration, the intersection between administrative law and the Charter, and legal ethics and professionalism in the 21st century.
