LLB (Osgoode), of the Bar of Ontario, is a partner in the law firm of Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, and practises commercial litigation.  A 1978 graduate of Osgoode, he has taught Civil Procedure at the law school for over 15 years as an adjunct faculty member, and before that was a full-time law teacher at universities in Australia and Malaysia.
