Classroom Technology

Osgoode Hall Law School and York Unniversity provide comprehensive technological support for teaching.


An Osgoode ITS Helpdesk technician will stop by at the beginning of regularly scheduled classes for the following rooms in the Osgoode building to assist with the equipment.  However, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the equipment.


Note: Rooms without a separate CD/DVD player can play CDs and DVDs through the built-in computer.

For rooms not in the Osgoode building, non regularly scheduled classes, and special events, equipment needs to be booked through ITC.

Full-time Faculty: Faculty adiministrative assistants can book the equipment through the ITC CEO Ordering System (http://ceo.yorku.ca)

Adjunct Faculty: The request should be sent to help@osgoode.yorku.ca specifying the equipment required, and the date(s) and time(s) of the classes.  The Helpdesk will book the equipment through ITC.

Special Events: Staff members should book equipment through the ITC CEO Ordering System (http://ceo.yorku.ca)

For rooms with built in equipment in the Osgoode building, orders need to be placed through ITC.  A request can also be sent to help@osgoode.yorku.ca for assistance in starting the event or the class.
