    • A set of standards (developed by the State Justice Institute) for court-connected mediation programs, which were developed to guide and inform courts interested in initiating, expanding or improving mediation programs to which they refer cases.

    • The PON is a university consortium dedicated to developing the theory and practice of negotiation and dispute resolution. The website includes a monthly newsletter, PON publications, free reports and a blog.
