Hennick Centre partners with Ontario Securities Commission in launch of OSC Business Law Internship

The Hennick Centre for Business and Law at Osgoode and the Schulich School of Business at York University has announced a new partnership with the Ontario Securities Commission to launch the OSC Business Law Internship starting this summer.  Submissions from Osgoode JD and Osgoode/Schulich JD/MBA students are now being accepted.

The OSC administers and enforces securities law in the province of Ontario. Its mandate is to provide protection to investors from unfair, improper and fraudulent practices, and to foster fair and efficient capital markets and confidence in capital markets. This mandate is performed through policy, operational, adjudication and enforcement work. OSC also contributes to national and global securities regulation development.
