DESCRIPTION

Osgoode Hall Law School provides audio recordings of lecture classes for students requiring accommodations.

  • Lecture Recordings capture voice and the computer screen
  • Instructors have control over when to start, pause and end recordings
  • Access to Lecture Recordings is governed by the Lecture Recording Policy in the Student Handbook, and is managed by the Office of Admissions and Student Services
  • Recordings are only accessible through Moodle Course Websites or the Classroom Accommodation System
  • Recordings are available only until the third week of August each year

HOW TO REQUEST

ACCESS TO RECORDINGS

  • Request access through the Classroom Accommodation form on MyOsgoode
    • See the related document, HOW TO Request Lecture Recordings for more detailed information
  • Access is granted based on the Lecture Recording Policy in the Student Handbook
  • Recordings can be accessed through the Classroom Accommodation link on MyOsgoode

MISSING RECORDINGS

SINGLE RECORDING

  • Recordings are not available until 48 hours (2 business days) after the class
  • If a recording is not available after 48 hours (2 business days), the class was likely not recorded, or not submitted for upload
