International Seminar on the Right to Stike under International Law – ONLINE ONLY

On 6 October 2025, the International Court of Justice will open public hearings for its advisory opinion on the “Right to Strike under ILO Convention No. 87.” This case will have major implications for international and domestic labour law, as well as the regulation of the right to strike, worldwide. 

In the wake of these hearings, the Jack and Mae Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security invites you to join an international seminar on 16 October at 3:00 p.m. CET / 9:00 a.m. ET. The event will feature leading scholars and experts on the right to strike under international law, including lawyers directly involved in the case.

The seminar will be held online. Registration is free.
