Introduction to AI in Legal Research: Library Workshop

The Law Library is launching a new 5-part workshop series to help you learn how to use AI tools critically, ethically, and efficiently while conducting legal research. Join us for the first workshop, Introduction to AI in Legal Research.

Details: This session covers how generative AI and tools like Westlaw Deep Research and Lexis+ Protégé work, compares the main categories of AI tools available to law students, and looks at their strengths, limitations, and best uses. We’ll also cover academic integrity and disclosure expectations, the role of AI in the legal research process, and how to start building good habits today.
