The Role of Law Schools in Advancing the Rule of Law

At a time of global challenge for the rule of law, law schools — and the lawyers and judges they train — have a critical role to play.

Hosted by Dean Trevor Farrow and Osgoode Hall Law School, with co-sponsoring institutions, this hybrid conference brings together academics, law school leaders, and legal professionals to explore concrete, nonpartisan actions that strengthen justice and the rule of law. The program will focus on judicial independence, the role of lawyers and legal education, academic freedom, and due process.
