Bruce Curran is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Toronto’s Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources. His research interests include grievance arbitration, interest arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution in the labour context. Bruce has twice taught an Industrial Relations course at the University of Toronto. Mr. Curran also serves on the executive of the Canadian Industrial Relations Association.
Before starting his PhD, Mr. Curran practised labour and employment law at Lerners, Towers Watson (a human resource consulting firm), Canadian Tire, and the University of Toronto. He holds a law degree from Western, a Master of Industrial Relations from U of T, and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode.
