Rebecca De Filippis is Crown Counsel at the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office—Criminal. She argues criminal appeals at the Court of Appeal for Ontario and prosecutes cases at the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. Rebecca frequently provides advice and education to law enforcement, primarily in the area of search and seizure. Rebecca is a co-author of “Digital Evidence” 3rd Edition, Emond Publishing.
