Mr. Hargreaves previously practiced law at the Ministry of the Attorney General’s office in Toronto, specializing in constitutional law and policy advice.  He is currently completing his doctorate at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law, where his thesis deals with the privacy implications of new technologies such as Google’s StreetView service, and considers whether Canada’s current legal/regulatory framework is adequate to deal with the societal issues such technologies raise.  His research interests include privacy law, cyberlaw, intellectual property law, constitutional law, and legal theory.
