Mark Hartman is presently an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School teaching debtor/creditor law. His practice formerly consisted largely of commercial litigation representing financial institutions in proceedings involving injunctions and court-appointed receiverships before all level of courts including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has particular expertise acting on behalf of institutional lenders on construction liens, collection matters and security enforcement. His clients formerly included trust companies, chartered banks and other financial institutions. Mr. Hartman is certified by the Law Society as a Specialist in Civil Litigation.
