Sagi Peari taught Conflict of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2014-2015. He is teaching the seminar Legal Values: UN and Governance in the Winter 2016 term.
Dr. Peari was Hauser Global Scholar and Fellow at the Centre for Transnational Litigation and Commercial Law at New York University School of Law from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, he was a Doctoral Research Scholar at University of Toronto Faculty of Law from 2010-2013. Dr. Peari was a Research Assistant in corporate law at Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law and School of Management from 2003-2007.
His primary interests are in Private Law, Private International Law, Torts, Unjust Enrichment, Contracts, Constitutional Law, and International Arbitration.
