David Rosner is a lawyer with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. He advises domestic and foreign firms on all aspects of competition law and has extensive experience in matters involving merger review, cartel investigations, unilateral conduct/abuse of dominance, distribution issues and competition law compliance. He also advises on foreign investment review under the Investment Canada Act. He has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, energy, telecommunications and technology, finance and banking, chemicals and plastics, construction, automotive, retail and others.
Before joining Blakes, Mr. Rosner practised competition law for several years in the Brussels office of a leading international law firm, where his practice focused on global competition law matters. He has significant experience dealing with the U.S. antitrust agencies and the European Commission. On occasion, Mr. Rosner also served as a clerk at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland.
