David Share is co-founder of Share Lawyers, which is a boutique plaintiff insurance law firm in North Toronto. His practice is devoted to disability insurance, personal injury and motor vehicle accident litigation. Mr. Share represents injured and disabled people with compassion and sensitivity. He attended Osgoode Hall Law School and graduated in 1983. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1985 and was called to the New York Bar in 1992. Mr. Share is very well respected within the legal community; he has spoken at many conferences including the Ontario Trial Lawyers conference on Long Term Disability Litigation, the Canadian Institute and Osgoode’s Continuing Legal Education Programs. He has been interviewed in the media and is often called upon by his colleagues within the legal profession for his experience and knowledge in his practice areas. Mr. Share has been teaching in the Trial Advocacy Course and the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop since 2007. He is an active member of The Advocates’ Society, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association of Justice.
