Victoria Smith

LLB (Osgoode), has practiced family law for 25 years.  Her  practice has been confined to collaborative law, mediation and arbitration since 2000.  She received her LLB from Osgoode Hall in 1981. Ms. Smith is certified as a Comprehensive Family Mediator with Family Mediation Canada and a Chartered Mediator with the ADR Institute.  She trains lawyers and other collaborative professionals in the collaborative law process and skills across North America and internationally. Ms. Smith is coauthor of “Collaborative Family Law, Another Way to Resolve Family Disputes”, published by Carswell in 2003.  She is a Director of Collaborative Practice Toronto.
