Nickolas Tzoulas

Mr. Tzoulas has a broad-based commercial and civil litigation practice. He graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2010, and was called to the bar in 2011. In 2011-12, Nickolas clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Ian Binnie and Justice Michael Moldaver. Prior to that, he acted as a senior editor for the Ottawa Law Review, clerked for the Regional Senior Justice of the Ontario Court of Justice, interned with the Department of Justice at Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and provided research assistance for Faculty of Law Vice-Dean Shalin M. Sugunasiri.

Mr. Tzoulas currently volunteers with Pro Bono Law Ontario. In that capacity, he acts as duty counsel and amicus at the Small Claims Court, provides summary advice at the 519 Community Centre, and assists self-represented litigants seek leave to appeal their cases to the Supreme Court of Canada. He is a member of The Advocates’ Society and the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, and sits on the board of directors of the Canadian Art Song Project
