Hugh Wilkins is a lawyer who has specialized in administrative, environmental and international law and policy, acting as counsel and advisor to business, civil society and government. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Review of European and Comparative International Environmental Law and a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Strathclyde’s postgraduate programme on Climate Change Law and Policy. He holds Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Queen’s University and a Master of Laws degree from the London School of Economics.
