These steps are based on the Moodle “New Look,” which can be toggled from the top of the Moodle site.

1. In your course site, click on the cogwheel near the upper-right corner of your site.
2. Select Edit settings from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on Files and uploads section of the page to expand it.
4. Select 2GB from the drop-down menu.
5. Click Save and display button near the bottom of the page.
