Social collaboration tools enable faculty and administration to collaborate on projects, programs or conferences through a web browser.  Content is restricted to approved team members.

  • Collaborate internally and with approved members who are not part of the Osgoode community
  • Share documents with team members
  • Files can be a maximum of 20 MB
  • Total size of team space can be a maximum of 500 MB
  • Post announcements for team members
  • Access a shared calendar
  • For security, team spaces will be deleted three months after the end date

How to Request

Request for a teamspace is sent to with the following information:

  1. Name of professor, research centre, administrative department or student club
  2. Project name or purpose of the team space
  3. Project start and end date
  4. Additional users who require access to the team space

Third Party Access to Teamspace

Requests to grant access for a teamspace is sent to with the following information:

  1. Full name of the person requiring access
  2. Contact email for person requiring access


There is no charge for this service.
