What We Do
The Osgoode Business Clinic (OBC) provides advice to, and prepares legal documentation for, a small number of clients who are establishing and operating a small business enterprise and cannot otherwise afford professional legal services.
OBC assists clients with the following:
- contract drafting and review
- incorporation
- general liability
The work is completed by Osgoode upper year students under the supervision of lawyers at Stikeman Elliott LLP.
