Join us for an exclusive conversation of with our keynote and panelists representing industry leaders, legal experts, and business professionals as they converge to explore the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in real estate at the intersection of law and business.
The conference keynote speaker will kick off the event speaking about his role as CEO of one of Canada’s largest pension funds, a significant investor in real estate.
Our first panel ‘The Housing Crisis’ will explore the complexities of Canada’s housing crisis, examining the legal, economic, and social factors that have contributed to the ongoing shortage of affordable housing.
Our second panel ‘Challenges in the Development Process’ will examine the hurdles faced by developers in today’s market, from regulatory roadblocks to rising construction costs. This panel will offer a deep dive into the legal and business aspects of the development process, providing practical insights on navigating zoning laws, environmental regulations, and securing financing for large-scale projects.
