Michelle Biddulph is a criminal defence lawyer at Greenspan Humphrey Makepeace LLP in Toronto, where she specializes in criminal appeals and complex trials. Following her graduation from law school in 2014, she completed her articles as a law clerk to Chief Justice Richards, Justice Lane, and Justice Ryan-Froslie of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. Michelle is an experienced appellate lawyer, having argued numerous appeals before appellate courts across the country and in the Supreme Court of Canada. She has published over a dozen articles in academic journals on issues of criminal law, evidence, constitutional law, and international law. She is also a regular speaker at continuing professional development and academic conferences. In addition to her full-time practice, Michelle is an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, as well as a coach of the Wilson moot team at Lincoln Alexander School of Law.
