Misha is Special Counsel to Chief Justice of Ontario Michael H. Tulloch at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Before joining Chief Justice Tulloch’s office, he practiced civil litigation at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP in New York and served as Commission Counsel with the Public Order Emergency Commission.
After graduating from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law as the gold medalist, Misha clerked for Chief Justice of Canada Richard Wagner at the Supreme Court of Canada and for Justices Sharpe, Tulloch (as he then was), and Miller at the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
