Brandon is an associate at Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP. He maintains a diverse practice that includes criminal and regulatory defence, constitutional law, and administrative law litigation. Brandon also has a special focus on appeals. He has acted as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to joining Henein Hutchison Robitaille LLP, Brandon clerked for the Honourable Justice Michael Moldaver of the Supreme Court of Canada and two justices of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. He also articled and practiced as an associate at a national fullservice firm.
