Gordon Cudjoe is a Superior Court Judge at the Brampton Courthouse.
Gordon was the Lawyer Manager for the Provincial Case Management Office (PCMO) at Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) until his appointment in 2025.
In March 2002, Gordon left the duty counsel office at Old City Hall. He joined the law office of Michael Tulloch and Associates. In 2003, Gordon started his own law firm. He represented clients in multiple jury trials (including a few murder cases). Gordon dealt with all kinds of cases. A large fraction of his clients were people living on the street and or indigent. Many of his clients struggled with schizophrenia, alcoholism and drug addiction. Gordon argued many Charter cases on behalf of his clients. In 2015, he was hired by LAO.
In 2020, Gordon became a co-adjunct professor at the Osgoode Hall Law School.
The seminar course, he teaches, is focused on Anti-Black racism and its percolation into the criminal justice system.
