Jean-Claude practices civil litigation and public and administrative law at Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP in Toronto. As a civil litigator he deals with a wide range of business and personal disputes, including in the specialized area of defamation. He has also spent most of his career acting as a prosecutor for regulated health profession colleges, and regularly acts in discipline hearings, judicial reviews and appeals, and other administrative law processes and proceedings.
