Pavel Malysheuski is a corporate/commercial lawyer at STEINBERGS LLP. He provides legal advice and guidance to clients in all aspects of business law, with a particular focus on business organization and reorganization, private share and asset acquisitions, corporate governance and finance, secured lending, securities, commercial contracts, and commercial real estate.
Mr. Malysheuski graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2010. He started his career with a national law firm on Bay Street. He also practiced at the Ontario Securities Commission (Enforcement). Prior to obtaining his common law degree in Canada, Mr. Malysheuski obtained his civil law degree and Masters in International Law in Belarus where he practiced business law. He holds a Masters degree in Science (Nuclear Physics).
In addition to teaching Legal Drafting, Mr. Malysheuski has been an instructor in the Lawyer as Negotiator Program at Osgoode Hall Law School.
As an expert contract drafter and negotiator, Mr. Malysheuski also provides consulting services in a legal AI development project.
Mr. Malysheuski is fluent in Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian, and Polish.
