Alexandra Monkhouse is a partner at Monkhouse Law Employment Lawyers in Toronto. Her practice focuses on employee-side litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions for worker misclassification and breaches of employment standards. Alexandra trained in civil law in Romania and France before moving to Canada, where she earned a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.M. from the University of Toronto. Her research interests include the relationship between class proceedings and workers’ freedom of association. She teaches Legal Process at Osgoode.
