Yashoda Ranganathan is Counsel in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General of Ontario. Prior to joining the Deputy Attorney General’s Office in the fall of 2025, Yashoda was Senior Counsel in the Constitutional Law Branch where, for over a decade, she argued constitutional and human rights cases at all levels of court in Ontario and in the Supreme Court of Canada. Yashoda began her legal career as an Associate at Lenczner Slaght LLP. Yashoda has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Alberta and was a professional actor before going to law school at Queen’s.
