Accessing Project Resources

All project lists, plans and documents are housed within the OBAM Integration SharePoint site.

How do I access the list of my department’s projects?

  1. From the SharePoint site, navigate to Osgoode Business Applications (List)
  2. Click the Department column and choose Filter by
  3. Select the department to filter and click Apply

This will display only the projects within your specific department.

How do I access project plans for my department’s projects?

From the main page of the SharePoint site, scroll down to display the dashboard.  Click on the appropriate link to see your department’s project plans.

How do I access project documents for my department’s projects?

  1. From the SharePoint site, navigate to Document Library
  2. Click the folder for your department, and navigate to the appropriate project folder

Is there an easier way to access project documents for my department’s projects?

Yes.  You can sync your department’s project documents with File Explorer. 

  1. From the SharePoint site, navigate to Document Library
  2. Click the folder for your department
  3. Click Sync on the toolbar.  Once synced, the folder will appear on the left side of File Explorer under OneDrive – Shared Libraries – York Unversity
