Osgoode ITS provides business solutioning services to assist with business process improvement, business continuity and business application integration.

• Documenting and analyzing current business processes
• Translating business needs into technical and system requirements
• Documenting future service states
• Risk assessment

Solutioning Services will also assist your department with project and program management to ensure organization and efficiency when carrying out daily tasks and fulfilling projects.

Requesting the Service

• E-mail the Osgoode ITS Helpdesk with details of the request
• The request will be reviewed for consideration as a project and initial requirements gathering takes place
• Management and York’s enterprise architecture committee approval are required once initial requirements are outlined
