Professor Emeritus Kent McNeil’s latest book is a prize finalist and he has also received a Yale University appointment

Congratulations to Professor Emeritus Kent McNeil, author of Flawed Precedent: The St. Catherine’s Case and Aboriginal Title (Vancouver: UBC Press, 2019), which was a finalist for the Canada Prize in the Humanities and Social Sciences, awarded by the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences: see https://www.ideas-idees.ca/issues/aspp-and-canada-prizes#winner

He has also received the Fulbright Canada Distinguished Chair in International Studies at Yale University, originally for the period from September 2020 to April 2021, but postponed due to the COVID pandemic until September 2021.
