Osgoode’s joint and combined degree programs let students complete their JD and a second, related degree more quickly than they could earn two degrees sequentially.
Joint programs support interdisciplinary study, enabling students to explore links between two complementary programs through concurrent studies at Osgoode and another faculty at York University.
Combined programs allow students to expand the scope of their legal expertise by pursuing a second law degree at another law school alongside their Osgoode JD.
To be admitted to a joint or combined program, students must apply and be accepted into both programs independently. Students in the joint and combined programs who fulfill the necessary requirements are awarded dual degrees after four years of study.
