Joshua Frost was called to the bar in 2004 and immediately started his own criminal defence practice. He represents clients at all levels of court in Ontario and at various tribunals. In addition, Joshua is the standing Federal Agent for Whitby, Ajax, Peterborough, Lindsay, Cobourg and surrounding areas. He prosecutes offences charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) across all of the jurisdictions.
Joshua is the co-author of Justice Delayed: A Practitioner’s Guide to Section 11(b) of the Charter (Thomson Reuters) and regularly provides advice and education to various police agencies.
